How/when do I order a cow?

You can order a whole cow or a half cow in spring or fall.
How much meat do I get from a cow?
Approximately 185-210lbs of packaged product on a half and 370-420lbs on a whole.

Do you butcher/package yourself?
No. All our beef is processed at Banman Meats, a government inspected butcher shop.
How much freezer space do I need?
An apartment size freezer, 5.3 cubic feet, for a half cow. Twice as much for a whole cow.
What if I just want ground beef?
Email us!
We have ground beef available year round in 2lb vacuum sealed packages.
